You most certainly can! Lots of our customers feed their pet raw alongside fresh, dry or wet food. Even a small amount of raw food means that your pet can benefit from all that natural goodness. Learn more about how to mix raw with kibble, wet, fresh or other dog foods.
Human-quality meat is sourced from supply chains that supply meat for human consumption.
There are so many benefits, too many to mention here, but some positive changes you’ll see in your dog are imroved digestion, smaller, firmer and less smelly poos, glossy and shiny coat, fresher breath, and more balanced energy. Discover more in our Benefits of raw dog food guide.
Drawbacks? Well, none that we can think of.
Dogs aren’t equipped to eat grains or glutens, so you’ll never find any in our meals. You can also discover our ingredients if you want to learn more about what’s exactly we put in our raw dog food.
So your dog gets the best nutritional value possible. We freeze our ingredients at the source to lock in the nutrients. They remain frozen when we mix our complete raw dog food in our factory. Then, we deliver it frozen to your door. We add ice packs to the boxes to reduce the temperature to -45 °C (which is way colder than typical freezers), ensuring that the meals won’t start thawing.
The only time the food is defrosted is when you defrost it at home to feed your dog.
We totally get it, freezer space can be a concern, especially at certain times of year (looking at you Christmas). So we’ve designed our subscription to work with your space, our minimum order is 4kg which takes up half a drawer of space. But you can customise your order to find a size that works for you. Your dog food subscription is unique to you and your dog. We work out the initial delivery frequency by dividing our box size by your dog’s recommended daily amount to make sure you don’t run out. By logging into your account, you can change box size, daily feeding amount and flavours as often as you like. And for extra convenience you can move or cancel deliveries at any time too. Of course, if you’d prefer to speak to our Customer Care team, they’ll be happy to help.
We source our high-quality meat from BRC Accredited human-grade factories, and the other ingredients come from UK farms where the food you eat is grown.
Of course! In your customer account, you can move your delivery date out by a maximum of 90 days. But we know that sometimes you need longer. Our Customer Care team can help with that. Each subscription is unique, just like the pets who will be enjoying them. So the exact cost all depends on the box size and daily feeding amount. This depends on things like breed, age, weight, body condition score and activity levels, which you’ll tell us all about when you sign up.
