Carefully packaged with dry ice and double insulated, your order stays frozen all throughout its journey, ready to go straight into your freezer at home.
Defrost a meal or two in the bottom of your fridge for at least 24 hours until fully thawed. Nutritionally complete and balanced to FEDIAF guidelines, all that’s left to do is serve up the recommended amount for your dog and watch them thrive.

It is indeed. When you order your first box, you sign up to a subscription with us which is perfect because it means your dog’s food is as fresh as possible and it arrives right when you need it. It also means our meals don’t sit around in storage for months on end like some ultra-processed foods because we know exactly how many to make.
Don’t worry though, our subscriptions are fully flexible, so you can change, pause or cancel at any time.
You can see your delivery date in your customer account and we’ll also notify by email of when your delivery is due. Our delivery partner Trunkrs, will also notify you to let you know your delivery is on it’s way. And, don’t forget, delivery is always free.
All our boxes are carefully packaged so the meals stay frozen for at least 48 hours so if you aren’t home when your order arrives there should be no problem! But of course, sometimes things happen, so if any of the meals have slightly defrosted but are still cold to the touch, you can just put them in the freezer as normal.
If any meals are completely softened and warm to the touch, these should be disposed of. If this is the case, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.
