Our in-house team of nutritionists and experts are responsible for developing dog food that are complete, balanced and give your pet everything they need to thrive.

Each and every ingredient, from meats, to vegetables and even the healthy fats we add to our meals are all human-quality, and all sourced from the human supply chain. Because we know that our dogs deserve the best, and that starts with the best ingredients.
Ingredients are tested for pathogens and bacteria on arrival to our manufacturing facility. They will only be made into meals once those results come back clear, any with a positive result will be destroyed. And then we batch test at various stages too.
Our ingredients are frozen at source, they arrive frozen, are stored frozen and made into our meals still frozen. In fact the first time they’ll leave their frozen state is when you’re ready to serve. This locks all their raw, natural goodness in, and bacteria and pathogens out.
Each meal is clearly labelled with a batch number to ensure traceability. This ensures that in the worst case scenarios such as a recall or a contamination, each and every meal within the affected batch can be identified as quickly as possible.
In order to hold a RawSAFE certification, we’re subject to rigorous, independent audits that cover everything from site approval, sourcing, staff training, testing, storage, waste management and more. So you can be confident that our food is safe for you and your pet.
